- There is a scene where an older African American male is caught off guard by Lane's (Hillary Duff) figure highlighted by her pencil skirt and heels. He is caught ogling her cleavage and rear several times. This is played for humor. She is asked to leave the room as she is becoming a distraction.
- Throughout the whole movie Hillary Duffs character is shown wearing skin-tight dresses, blouses, pencil skirts and heels all of which all compliment her figure. Buff man is seen jogging down the street in just jockey shorts. A group of women look through photographs of men's naked torsos.
