This Episode begins with Derek, he gets paged in the middle of the night. Arizona and Callie also got paged in the middle of the night. Derek performs Laura her surgery. Laura gave birth to her baby. Alex is saving Laura her baby's life. Cristina did a unauthorized procedure during Hillary her surgery, Owen is mad after she did that. Arizona is performing Wallace his surgery. Wallace died after the surgery. Callie organized a surprise party for Arizona. Arizona ran away, she is crying because Wallace died today. Jackson kissed Cristina. Laura sees her daughter for the first time. Arizona says that she loves Callie. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 6, really emotional Episode. The real kind boy Wallace past away.

I don't know if this is spoilers or not, I don't consider it spoilers and I have a high standard for spoilers.
A 10 week year old baby is the size of a grape! Good thing the show realized that halfway through the episode and changed it to 30 weeks. But still Such a HUGE error! Ugh.
Otherwise the episode is what you would expect in an average episode of G.A. Though there is this one patient who is mouthy and I like that.
Ultimately, I just feel bad for Alex and I really hate the chief this season.
...I hope I don't get blacklisted for this.... all well
