- A man and a woman have sex on the floor: we see the man thrusting (his bare buttocks are visible), the woman's bare breasts is seen and she waves away a young man that sees them (we understand that he is upset).
- A teen girl and an adult photographer are shown having sex. One of the girl's breasts are exposed, and her skirt is hiked up. The man's butt is visible, but no genitalia is seen.
- Some magazines with completely nude women are shown to the screen, so visible.
- A woman straddles a man seated on a sofa; she kisses him and thrusts (we see the man's boxers gathered at his knees and the woman's dress is hiked up a bit and part of her bare lower legs is visible).
- A woman asks a man if he wants to "make out," he becomes upset and says no, she persists and caresses her clothed breast and between her legs, she pushes him onto a sofa and straddles him, presumably forcing penetration, she thrusts, climaxes loudly and he pushes her onto the floor.

- A man changes his clothes in the back seat of a car and we see his brief-covered buttocks and the outline of his genitals (a mother pulls her child away from the car as they walk by).

- man offers several women to another man (implying prostitution), he takes one woman by the arm and asks her to "have a party with him," she resists and he leads her away.
- A young boy prostitute (about 11) gets into a man's car and we hear the man undo his flies. They are stopped before anything happens.
- A woman dances sexually and and touches her breasts and crotch while trying to convince a man to have sex with her. He says no so she forces herself on top of him, undoes his flies and begins thrusting. The man tries to fight her off and screams and shouts. She holds his hands above his head and after a while the man gives in and lets her rape him. After, he runs to the toilet and throws up. They are both clothed and so no nudity is seen.
- A man while flipping through channels, sees an animated program which shows a cartoon woman with breasts visible having sex with tentacles (penetration is offscreen, This may have been rape, it's hard to tell). One of the tentacles has a shape on the end which looks like the head of a penis, this tentacle is onscreen for about half a second.
- A man struggles with a woman on a bed (both are clothed). He may have wanted to rape her but we don't actually find out what he was doing as he stops after a few seconds.
- A man, in a fantasy sequence, imagines himself being raped in prison by a fat man, with the man's bare chest visible and some brief thrusting. He is crying.
- A young man is seen in a bondage type costume with most of his bare chest exposed. A closeup shot is seen of his pierced nipples.

- A man stabs another man repeatedly in the neck (hear a crunch as blood spurts)
- A man who shot another guy then shoots another man in the chest (we see blood on his clothing at the wound and he falls dead on the floor).
- Three men are shot in the head and several men are shot in a ranch in a comic fashion, one shot in the stomach, another in the chest (blood spurts).
- An angered man grabs a gun and shoots another man who walks away, is shot in the head and blood splats on the wall behind him.
- A man is shown lying on the ground and flapping what's left of his arms (they are missing from the elbow down and blood and tissue flap around); he pleads for his life and another man shoots him.
- Two men fight and wrestle, One man tries strangling a man and gets hit in the head by a pipe wrench and he is pinned on the floor and the other slams his head down repeatedly until we see blood pooling on the floor under him and we see a gaping wound on the back of his head (we hear the crunch of the skull breaking).
- A man distracts a guard and a woman with blades on her gloves jumps on him and stabs/slices him in the chest repeatedly (we see blood splatter and pour from wounds).
- A man pushes a woman onto a bed, she punches him as he pries her legs apart, we hear her screaming and it is implied that he rapes her (we see her later with a bloody bruise on her face where he presumably punched her). (see sex and nudity for more details)
- A boy is seen getting into a car with a man that unzips his pants (presumably for the boy to perform oral sex on him), and another man breaks the driver's window and beats him with a wrench (we see blood on his face). (see sex and nudity).
- A man tied to a rope swings into a window, breaking it, and is shot by two other men (although he was already dead). There is a sign on his chest with blood painted saying "Behind You" which means that the Crimson Bolt was behind them.
- A man breaks the window of a house and yells at the people inside; three men with guns shoot at the man and chase him, he climbs a fence, he is shot in the leg (we see blood spurt) and he crawls away, into a car and drives away (we see him pick up a blood-soaked piece of paper while driving).
- Two men push another man and try to beat him up, he runs away, they chase and tackle him, they punch and kick him and he punches back.
- We see a bloody wound on a man's shoulder as a woman stitches it with a needle and thread (Much as intense as the leg wound).
- A man tackles another man and punches him, they fight and wrestle on a sidewalk, one man is thrown into a pile of garbage, struck with a garbage can lid and he runs away with a soiled diaper stuck to his backside (we see a smear of feces on the diaper).
- A man who pounds on a car several times is taken away and is thrown on the windshield, three other men pull him on the ground and beat him.
- In a flashback, a man holds his son over his knee and paddles him on the clothed buttocks (the boy moans) (child abuse spanking).
- A man and a woman buy weapons and ammunition from stores and do target practice at photos of men to train and become a superhero.
- A man uses a large wrench to smash a melon (we see splatter of the melon flesh and hear a crunch to imply how powerful the wrench is).
- A man makes a blade-launching device and bombs and demonstrates the blade launcher (we see the blade sunk into a piece of wood).
- A man vomits into a toilet: we see the goo coming out of his mouth and we linger over the goo-filled toilet as the pieces float into the shape of a woman's face and the man imagines her talking to him.
- Two boys urinate on another boy's head (we see the two streams and the boy's head and face drenched in urine as he whines).
- A man imagines another man entering his apartment and threatening him with a gun. A man in a TV show is shot by another man using a ray gun and he wriggles and yells.
- A man smashes a window while seeing a woman having her foot injected with heroin. He runs away with men chasing at him.
- A man is seen in the restroom in the mirror washing himself in the face. His wounds are briefly seen including the shoulder and arm room. Blood is all over the sink and faucet.
- A man dressed like a superhero is trying to throw a hook on top of the gate breaking into someone's ranch. When he throws the hook, the hook ends up going down and it drops on his lip making it bleed.
- A woman in a car speeds into a man and pins him between a wall and the car (we see him with blood coming from his mouth).
- A bomb explodes and blows up three men (we see particles blown into the air). A bomb explodes and blows a man up (we see particles sail through the air).
- A man blows fire at several people and their skin burns away leaving only the skeleton, we see two dismembered people with missing limbs and blood at the stumps, and a man punches numerous people in rapid succession and they fall to the ground and blood pools at their heads.
- We see animated sequences of people being attacked by a masked avenger: a man is crushed under a many-toothed plate and we see blood and matter ooze out.
- A man and a woman punch a man, the woman strikes him with a glass vase (we see his face badly cut and bloody), and raises a heavy statue over him but is stopped before striking him.
- A man is shot in the groin by a blade-launching weapon (we see blood pouring from his pants). He falls on the floor and gets stabbed multiple times until he dies.
- A man is obliterated with a pipe bomb in the field. No body matter is seen exploding outwards although the graphic nature of the movie.
- Three men shoot a man in the chest (we see him fall to the floor with a blood-soaked shirt). He dies with a large amount of blood.
- A man is set on fire while a man is stealthing, he screams and flails and another woman stabs him repeatedly and then dies.

- We see a bloody bullet hole in a man's leg and he yells when a woman pours alcohol on it. (Blood literally spurts from the wound after being shot and it is really graphic).
- A man shoots another man in the arm and the connection of the shoulder. (blood spurts and he yells). He falls on the floor weakened but not dead yet.
- A man and a woman are shot and fall to the ground (we see a man with a bloody wound in his chest and the woman is shown with part of her head and face blown off; blood and matter are evident) (There is also a visible closeup of the cranium).
- A man imagines stabbing a druggie through the throat with a fire poker, this is brief and over the top in a comical; way.
- Several people are shown in quick succession being beaten by a man using a wrench and we see blood on their faces.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This movie has a lot of gore in it including a delusional man dressed as a superhero thinking that god encourages him to be bludgeoning criminals with pipe wrenches, beating them to death and blood and guts etc.. Violence is horribly graphic.
- The ending is VERY emotional and tear wrenching.
- Molestation, relationships, drug use, everyday criminal settings, vigilantism, good vs evil.
- A woman is raped by a man and she screams terrified (onscreen).
- The film plays as a VERY dark, disturbing, and satirical violent thriller.
- The film contains VERY gory and explicit violence; viewer discretion is advised.
- The scene where a man is bludgeoned on the head with a wrench is very brutal (parts of his skull breaks apart as blood pours from the crack).
- Plenty of dark humor. Some sensitive people will find it more upsetting than funny. Such as a guy trying to molest a kid, drug dealers, bloody violence and a father spanking his son (All meant to be funny but somewhat dark).
- The scene where the Crimson Bolt fights off the people in the ranch is very gory and disturbing, an intensity level of extreme is added.
- One or two of the gore scenes may be found disturbing.

Sex & Nudity
- Many crude sexual humor throughout.
- Two men discuss whether they'd have sex with a corpse or their grandmother and one makes a crude remark about the grandmother's anatomy. A reference is made to beatings being sexually motivated. An exotic dance club is called "Bare Assets." A woman asks, "How gay is it?" about a comic book. A man says of a woman "She's going through the change in life."
Violence & Gore
- Libby, the primary supporting character gets part of her face blown off and dies. Only the aftermath of the attack is shown.
- A man on a TV show wears a costume with crucifixes decorating it and is called "The Holy Avenger," while another man wears makeup that resembles the devil (red skin, horns and he wags his tongue like a snake several times).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A bizarre sequence occurs in which a man sees tentacles restraining him, cutting open his head to reveal his brain, which is touched by the finger of god. The scene is most definitely a hallucination and made to be funny, but it may make some viewers uncomfortable.
- Boltie dies in the end.
- The main character is raped onscreen twice; He imagines being raped by a fat man in prison and he is also raped by a young woman. There are two more scenes which may have led to rape if they weren't interrupted (but this is up to your own opinion). As well as a cartoon on TV which may or may not have been tentacle rape, it's hard to tell in the second or so we see of it.
