I saw "Das Zimmer" during Horror Festival.It's a well made horror short with very creepy premise.The story of "The Room" goes like that:the famous actor Thomas Van Boys checks into hotel.He orders an Asian hooker for two hours,opens his mail,showers and shaves.Then he turns on the TV.The screen shows his room.There must be a camera somewhere.At least he thinks that.The television screen begins an evil cat and mouse game.It presents Van Boys with a mirror,which lets him look into the depths of his murderous soul.It seems that the murder is on his mind and the prostitute will be his victim.Competently acted and gloomy short with some creepy shots of hotel room and bloody body of murdered woman.I enjoyed it.8 out of 10.

It seems a sketch . The viewer has a lot of interpretations of the story about an actor , a hotel room, a screen , an Asian young woman and a receptionist. A murder after ordinary gestures. A large circle. Any explanation. And a walk as point of story. A film about media, Hell or remorses. Admirable work for the minimalism proposing entire freedom to give your answer about the sense of scenes. Great job for the smart exploration of fears. And for descinding in pure nightmare. Short, a well crafted film.
