. . . between Germany and Russia is in the offing (likely to break out momentarily) due to their disagreements over the proper way to navigate BATTLESHIP POTEMKIN. While many if not most Americans will find it infuriating that TRACING BATTLESHIP POTEMKIN is voiced entirely in German (with possibly even more exotic foreign Mumbo Jumbo tossed into this word salad mix), I'm one of the unfortunate few who's been exposed to a few hours of German Lessons. (The main thing I remember my instructor saying is, "You'll never get a handle on this language unless you're totally hammered, wasted, and drunk as a skunk.") Take it from me (and the three "Talking Heads" slurring their umlauts here), the Red Commie Russkies--led by KGB Chief Vlad "The Mad Russian" Putin--still are REALLY sore that Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels chopped up the Master Print of Russia's ONLY famous film. Though both sides in this dispute agree that Muslim Women pushing baby buggies should be gunned down at the top of incredibly high and long marble staircases, the Germans are steamed that Alt.Right Nazi Fat Cats are beaten to death in the original Russian version of BATTLESHIP POTEMKIN, while the Russians are livid about the Krauts wanting to shove Good Ol' Tevye into an oven before he can even sing "Sunrise, Sunset" with THE FIDDLER ON THE ROOF!
