I watched this movie last year on TV with a lot of beeps and then decided to see the uncensored version. I absolutely fell in love with it. First, you have to be Turkish or very familiar to Turkish culture in order to understand the jokes, behaviors and all those small funny speeches. For me, the star of the movie is Aydemir Akbas who is an old hand from 1970s with a very natural-looking and improvised acting. He was more than 70 years old when the movie was shot but played the most colorful and lively character of the movie and the director cleverly uses him (unlike the follow-up movie "Kolpaçino:Bomba" which is rubbish). The way he swears like a young man and the way he runs after girls during all the time is very amusing. On the other hand, the script is very cleverly written and the development of events and characters are successful unlike many Turkish movies. The mafia men are well chosen and they all demonstrate a good performance. All in all, I strongly recommend it if you got bored of work and need a smile on your face.

I think this movie was pretty funny to watch or to spend time and laugh. Please don't be unfair to the director or the scriptwriter of the movie just because you don't like Safak Sezer (who by the way performed an average acting, I agree, but come on he is not playing Hamlet or Othello. The guy is just doing his job which is playing what is written for him). When it comes to the script I don't think it was lame. In fact I found it pretty amusing to watch. It was kinda catchy until the end. If you are looking for fun, spend some time, and laugh than I advise you to watch the movie. But if this not the case for you than please watch something else.

Great scenario, naturel Turkish dialogs, funny troubles

Even in an utopia there can't be a better movie. And i think Ekrem Abi gave those points. If this movie had 6/10 that means 6 is the best point you can give. Good money bro good money. Am i the target Tayfun.

As being a harsh critic on Turkish movies (especially comedies) I would love to say that Kolpacino is not a bad movie at all. Well, it is not an Oscar Winner either. The important thing is it is good enough to glue you to the screen until the finish and makes you lough. And the end. I guess most funny part is the ending. (Watch and see).

This is a movie for those who like light weight-time passing- Turkish comedy with lots of foul language. You need to be familiar with Turkish culture and slang to understand the jokes as most of the humor depends on street slang. I find the acting okay. The plus point is the performance of old comedian Aytkin Akbas who was the king of Turkish Porn Movies back in 70's.

If you look for artistic depth or an Oscar performance, this film is not for you. When you are in a bad mood and need some smile give this a try.

I am not critic or something but this movi is the best comedy movie in Turkey. Every scenes of this film can be part of a real life.

I didn't expect much, my friends told me it was sort of funny, I hired the DVD but it's unbelievably bad.

No script, no story-line, no character development, no logical stream of events, no direction no action, no script, no scriptwriters... I'm aware its a comedy even an absurd comedy, but that doesn't mean the movie should be rubbish.

I am usually not very harsh on comedy movies since their aim is to make people laugh and if they can manage that, I don't criticize the technical aspects so much. But, that doesn't mean Safak Sezer should keep producing these pointless, mindless, good for nothing movies. If you have the slightest respect to yourself and cinema, don't even think about watching this movie. Even the cheapest movie requires some plot and this is where this movie fails. Comedy is a very serious business and Safak Sezer is certainly doing it for money, not for art. Thinking about the old Turkish comedy movies and the recent garbage, I feel like cheated. They ruined the whole prestige of movie industry.

Probably i watched this movie thousand of times and i enjoyed it. Every scene in this movie are able to make meme, especially gambling scene.

This movie cracks me up even after watching it a few times, its hilarious, some next level comedy. I genuinely love this movie.

Every scene, every second of this movie is iconic. There is no weak spot of this film. Character builds and actor choices are on point. Safak sezer pulled best acting performance in turkish comedy . Every scene is original and well written. I cant understand why people dont like it. I think they are addicted in hollywood movies and tryna cancel turkish movies. I cant imagine otherwise.

I liked the movie very much, every scene is funny. The movie also teaches you not to be egoistic and not to do anything for money. It tells the truth in a funny way. Also those who want to watch it should definitely watch it, the movie is old but whenever I watch it I laugh and act like I never watched it. Even if it contains some swearing. It was also very good. Also, the actors are iconic and they do their job well. Their realistic behavior makes you believe to the movie. You can also see in the movie that even mafias kill themselves for money. It is really a very successful movie to understand life, not to do bad things, and to laugh.

I love the movie Kolpacino, the Kolpacino series currently consists of 3 movies, the first of which is Kolpaçino bir sehir efsanesi , the second one is Kolpaçino: Bomba , the third Kolpaçino 3. Devre episode and soon the 4th series, Kolpaçino a new movie called "4'4 " will be released on November 24th. , I will watch it too. From what I understand from fragment it will be a good movie, I recommend everyone to watch it. Kolpaçino is an urban legend series. I love it and recommend everyone to watch it. When I looked at the comments on IMDb, I realized that it was not just me or those in Turkey who watched the movie, but many foreigners also commented on the movie and liked it.
