This movie is a MUST SEE. I finally got a hold of the DVD copy, (purchased it from the film's official website) and this movie is amazing! There is a lot of drug references, though. The film's antagonist/loving father is Cloud Rock La Belle. A cycling enthusiast, who claims he's been stoned for the last 40 years and loving it. With a great score by Sufjan Stevens, this movie blew me away.
Almost painful to watch at times, because of Cloud Rock's brutal honesty, and unwillingness to adopt responsibility for the abandonment issues, that the filmmaker claims to have suffered. Brilliant movie-making.
