Dr Jason is a film that tries very hard but in reality doesn't land smoothly. George Tounas does what he does best - acting, directing, screenwriting, characters created by, editing, producing. The list is endless really... he's that great a guy! Almost a German Neil Breen. It's an interesting concept overall I must admit and I think it might even be better off as a series or something. A different story for each episode or something, or an animated series. Anyway this is not really a film I would recommend simply because of the quality. It doesn't bold well with everything it tries to accomplish.

Great independent movie!

"Dr. Jason" is an exciting independent horror action thriller with a really good story, great characters, good dialogues, good camera work, great art direction, great music and excellent editing. The actors and actresses almost always play first class. "Dr. Jason" won some awards at various international film festivals such as for "Best Actor", "Best Film", etc. The movie is really good for its low budget! Due to the budget there are some technical weaknesses, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment. Unfortunately, it's also a bit short because of that. There was also a special cinema screening at CinemaxX. PS: Don't read or listen to reviews of jealous males who want to make the movie seem extremely bad. Its overall rating here is not representative because it's bombed by jealous haters with lowest one and two stars.
