This is the worst attempt to glorify Urban Exploration anyone has ever made. I felt absolute pain for their failure over and over again as they slide down hills like a bunch of overweight middle aged men in hats while they 'explore' a coal mine. They didn't even find the mine, only the surface structures. Not only do they display how hack their skills are in finding things, their lackluster images leave much to be desired as they barely scratch the surface of photographing such important historic infrastructure.
The basic problem with this is the cameras are following the wrong people. So called photographers who only seek out these structures for the sport, encouraging young people to follow in their uninformed footsteps placing them in harms way while never demonstrating an ounce of knowledge of history or safety in accessing these sites.
This viewer was not surprised to see their attempt to resurrect this amateur show with a crowd funded campaign that failed miserably. Thankfully, we wont have to suffer through another wast of an editors time and energy.
