The restoration of the film is discussed briefly, noting how the restored print looks better than earlier versions of the film, and how faces can now be seen more clearly.
The digital restoration of this film (working from a 1916 print, the only print thought to exist) is discussed and shown on camera. The digital restoration will eventually be printed on 35mm film in black and white, and then a color print will be made to replicate the original tinting.
