It seemed like a bad addition at the beginning, but like so many characters that grow on you as the series progresses, Fatima has been a welcome personality for the series. She is more likable than the previous tech team, and even a very simple side story like her searching for housing adds a fun dynamic to the series.
The case itself was lacking a little bit here, but this show is still having an okay 13th season. I am just wishing for something a little bit unique to the new year and not a recycle or rehash of everything else they've done, but no such luck. Continuing the Russian backstory stuff with Callen is proof of that.
