After a very disruptive delay due to the pandemic, The Good Karma Hospital returned for season 4 thankfully. For the background drama, I highly recommend you read "Back on the Wards" by Michael Pickard in Drama Quarterly online. It's remarkable The Good Karma Hospital was back for season 4.
What an emotional and moving episode this was. Lydia and Greg tie the knot after cold feet by the good doctor. Then Ruby and Gabriel may be getting back together one step at a time. Samir and Mari lock lips at Lydia and Greg's wedding.
I hope there will be a season 5 please.
All credit to the production crew and extras for their hard work in filming season 4 during the pandemic. What an incredible effort, a hat tip to all. Especially Seema Morar, who supervised the production regarding the pandemic. Also a shout out to Raj More, the Cultural Consultant.
During Lydia and Greg's wedding ceremony at the beginning of the episode, you see the guests are seated apart to conform with social distancing.
