Its ok.
babymanperson18 February 2024
Its basically Regular Show if it was much more stupid and more cartoonish. Rock is the sensitive one and the sweetest of the bunch. Paper is a stuck up snob and a smarty pants. Scissors is the loose cannon. They are all roomates and they do what ever. The background characters look reminincent of Gumball. They sometimes have realistic props and backgrounds. The backgrounds are a little bit reminicent of the Amazing World of Gumball. This is a decent show to turn on if there is nothing else on and you are bored. The plots can get pretty crazy. There was one episode where the heater broke and the inside of the appartment basically turned into the North Pole.

Goofy fun show brought down by animation style and excessive talking
arcartist9 March 2024
Rock Paper Scissors can be pretty comedic with character dynamics that are fun. The characters each stand out in their own way and the voices are okay. I do like that the show can get all out crazy with it's plots like one involving their car which becomes sentient and another involving Birthday police. The show can be all out crazy and I like it for that.

Although there are things about this show I think bring it down. Well, two are three particular things. One thing is just the excessive dialogue. Characters can just be constantly talking and expositing dialogue and that time spent just talking kind of makes you want to tune it out. It also affects the overall pacing of the show seeing characters just talk on the couch for a lot of the time.

The character designs have a lot to be desired. The main characters aren't awfully designed it's most of the side characters that just look like generically bad flash cartoon characters. There's some style here but humans just look awful. I've seen worse looking flash animation but this show is about middle of the road in that department not awful but just kind of bland looking.

Parents who want to tolerate cartoons
thejulieschwartz5 April 2024
This show is fantastic. It's a way to watch cartoons with your kids but the jokes are for adults. Highly recommend. Wonderfully clever, always ends on a good note where the lesson is learned, not too much of the slapstick violence I personally feel is not good for kids to watch and voices of familiar comedians who understand comedic timing. It has like Ren and Stimpy + ATHF vibes.

The dynamic of the main trio is cleverly balanced and the secondary characters are hilarious. I really hope they will make more episodes because we can watch it as a family. Shout out to the writing staff because it's super funny.

Rock, Paper, Scissors: A Pinnacle of Juvenile Televisual Artistry
xxxadolfgaming25 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
In the pantheon of juvenile televisual artistry, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" emerges as a transcendent magnum opus, a testament to the boundless potential of the human imagination harnessed for the express purpose of captivating young minds. This paradigm-shifting television show, a paragon of sophistication in its genre, seamlessly intertwines entertainment and pedagogical prowess, creating an unparalleled viewing experience that defies the conventional boundaries of children's programming.

At its thematic nucleus lies the intricate and multifaceted relationship between the titular characters-Rock, Paper, and Scissors-a triumvirate that, against all odds, unfurls a narrative tapestry of unparalleled richness and complexity. The narrative unfolds with the precision of a finely tuned symphony, orchestrating a nuanced exploration of the inherent dynamics within this seemingly simple triumvirate. It is not merely a tale of arbitrary hand gestures; rather, it is a profound meditation on the dialectics of power, vulnerability, and the perpetual dance between strength and fragility.

The character development of Rock, a stoic and unyielding force of nature, is nothing short of Shakespearean in its depth and resonance. His geological stoicism belies an emotional depth that resonates with the struggles of every child navigating the formidable terrain of their own emotional landscape. The juxtaposition of Rock's unwavering exterior and the existential turbulence within serves as a poignant reminder that even the most seemingly impervious entities harbor vulnerabilities beneath their surface.

In contrast, the delicate fragility of Paper evokes a sense of ephemeral beauty, a metaphor for the transience of innocence in the face of life's unfolding complexities. The intricate portrayal of Paper's existential journey, from a pristine sheet to a crumpled remnant, is a visual metaphor for the inevitability of change and the resilience required to navigate the adversities that beset even the most delicate souls.

Scissors, with its precision and incisiveness, completes the trinity, contributing a compelling narrative arc that delves into the essence of transformation. The character's evolution from a mere cutting implement to a symbol of metamorphosis underscores the show's commitment to instilling in its young audience the virtues of adaptability and the inevitability of change as a harbinger of growth.

Beyond the narrative intricacies, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" is a visual feast, a veritable kaleidoscope of vibrant hues and dynamic animations that enrapture the senses. The show's animation transcends the commonplace, elevating itself to a level of visual artistry that rivals the masterpieces of the Renaissance. The choreography of the hand gestures, executed with a balletic grace, transforms each encounter into a mesmerizing spectacle, reminiscent of a celestial dance that captivates both the young and the young at heart.

The writers, in their ingenious craft, seamlessly integrate educational elements into the show's fabric, turning each episode into a didactic odyssey that imparts not only the rules of the eponymous game but also valuable life lessons. The show functions as an allegorical beacon, guiding its audience through the labyrinth of moral quandaries and ethical dilemmas that pepper the landscape of childhood.

In conclusion, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" is nothing short of a sublime masterpiece, a revelation in the realm of children's television that transcends the pedestrian boundaries of its genre. Through its poignant characterizations, sophisticated narrative arc, and visual splendor, it achieves a rare synthesis of entertainment and edification. In the annals of juvenile televisual artistry, this magnum opus stands as a testament to the limitless potential of storytelling to shape young minds and, in doing so, etches its place as the crowning achievement of mankind's creative ingenuity.

i didnt see it

Warning: Spoilers
Its boring tbh. The exposition of this particular television program, upon thorough and meticulous examination, yields the conclusion that it fails to captivate or stimulate interest to a significant degree, thereby prompting the assertion that, to be perfectly honest, it is devoid of excitement or engagement. In essence, the manifestation of its content and presentation falls short of expectations, thereby eliciting a sentiment of dullness or ennui upon consumption, leading one to express the candid observation that, objectively speaking, the show lacks the necessary elements to sustain attention or generate enthusiasm. Furthermore, the absence of compelling narrative arcs, dynamic character development, and innovative storytelling techniques contributes to a pervasive sense of monotony or tedium, ultimately resulting in the characterization of the program as uninteresting or uninspiring. It is noteworthy to acknowledge the subjective nature of entertainment preferences, yet the consensus seems to converge on the consensus that this particular show fails to achieve the requisite level of engagement or entertainment value to merit sustained viewership or acclaim. Consequently, it is with a sense of frankness and candor that one must concede that, regrettably, this show is, in all honesty, rather dull or uninteresting in its execution and delivery.

Upon embarking upon a comprehensive analysis of the program's various components and facets, one is compelled to acknowledge that it lacks the requisite elements to engender sustained interest or intrigue. From its pacing to its plot development, there exists a conspicuous absence of the captivating elements that typically characterize compelling television programming. The narrative fails to achieve the necessary depth or complexity to sustain viewer engagement, resulting in a viewing experience that is, regrettably, devoid of excitement or stimulation. Moreover, the characterizations within the show are notably one-dimensional and lack the nuance or depth necessary to resonate with audiences on a meaningful level. As a consequence, the interpersonal dynamics and conflicts fail to elicit the emotional investment or empathy requisite for meaningful audience engagement, contributing further to the prevailing sense of boredom or disinterest that permeates the viewing experience.

In addition to its narrative and character deficiencies, the technical aspects of the show also leave much to be desired. The cinematography, while competent, lacks the visual flair or innovation to elevate the viewing experience beyond the mundane. Similarly, the editing and pacing of the show feel disjointed and haphazard, failing to establish a coherent rhythm or momentum that would compel viewers to remain invested in the unfolding events. Furthermore, the production design and aesthetic choices fail to imbue the show with a distinct identity or visual appeal, further detracting from its overall impact and memorability.

It is essential to recognize that the appraisal of entertainment is inherently subjective, and what may be perceived as dull or uninteresting by one individual may resonate deeply with another. However, it is difficult to dispute the overwhelming consensus among viewers and critics alike that this particular show fails to deliver on the promise of compelling entertainment. While some may find merit in its premise or execution, the prevailing sentiment suggests that it falls short of the standards set by its peers within the industry. As such, it is with a sense of disappointment and resignation that one must acknowledge the undeniable truth: this show, despite its potential, ultimately fails to capture the imagination or inspire the enthusiasm of its audience.

Pretty good for a new show!
fearrington19 March 2024
This show is cute and funny, especially for it to be a new show. It reminds me of fish hooks but with a little more of 21st century humor, though it's subtle. The characters can be relatable at times, and honestly made me laugh on some occasions (mostly the one being paper). Now I will say not everyone will like this because of the obvious corny jokes (fart jokes) and elements such as the character design and such. I know I thought rock was a little off looking but if you love the show enough, you'll get used to it. But at the same time this is for younger audiences and of course it'd be corny in some way or another. To wrap it up, I recommend people watch this for the humor and just give it a chance since most people don't give new shows a chance! <3.

Rock Paper Scissors airing at 11:45pm
parkerbrennan8 May 2024
Hello to whomever this may concern, I have a problem. This will sound extremely entitled, and that's fine by me. For years i've needed to watch tv in order to fall sleep. Many doctors were consulted previously, until i figured out all I needed was familiar TV to deliver me peaceful rest. I've had many different go-to's regarding shows and movies over those years (including the main one, spongebob). I swear I'm a normal human, BUT this show airing at 11:45 has completely ruined my sleep schedule. I have routine of going to bed around 11:30pm, but with this new show taking the 11:45pm slot instead of the usual spongebob, i am forced to go to bed and extra 30 mins+ later than normal. Every time i hear the intro before bed, I yell as loud as i can, mixed with a couple of air punches. This is most likely severe ocd and i'm aware of that fact, yet this is the only thing I have issues like this with. I am so bothered by this that i searched up how to leave a review on a tv show, made an account, AND verified my email. The show isn't even terrible, yet it has ruined my life. I'm not even sure how I got to this point, and this show has forced me to begin reflecting on that. The show is playing in the background as i'm typing this, and it's making me want to just throw either myself, or the tv out the window (it's only a 4ft drop). If the creators are reading this, i'm sorry and i really don't necessarily have a problem with the show, it's just the timing it's aired. I hope my words have any sort of impact and potentially allow you to reconsider the slot you put the show in.

A brand new Nickelodeon cartoon that's sure to charm.
lighteningdoc18 April 2024
Rock Paper Scissors is one of the newest cartoons on the block. It is an American animated buddy comedy television series created by Kyle Stegina and Josh Lehrman (who were also the creators of Disney Channel's Bizaardvark), and also the fifty-fifth major Nicktoon, based on the classic playground game of the same name. I have been liking it since they first announced it in 2022.

To start things off, this cartoon follows a rock, a piece of paper, and a pair of scissors. They all live in an apartment. This show follows the hilarious shenanigans of the titular roommates on their hijinks and ridiculous adventures, and no matter how much they compete and mess with each other, at the end of the day, they will always bond over their shared love of one thing: wacky nonsense.

The voice acting is wonderful, the theme song gets you pumped up, and the animation is one of a kind.

I'm giving Rock Paper Scissors a 10 out of 10, an A++, and a 100%. I sure hope Nickelodeon dials down on their major franchises SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, and The Loud House someday, and gives this show a very good future.
