Aden gets beaten up and left lying unconscious on a beach.It's hard not to feel a small amount of satisfaction at that, given it's exactly what he did to Axel.And it's purely the result of his own arrogance and stupidity, although at least he draws the line at trying to injure Geoff.The fact that it's Geoff and Nicole that find him looks like it's going to be significant but we don't see them again, instead getting more scenes of him and Belle plus Tony giving him a well-deserved smackdown.Sadly it's not enough to stop Belle proposing to him, even though they're obviously unsuited to married life.At least she shows a bit of a backbone for once when she recognises he's taking his bad mood out on her.
Elsewhere, Nicole's character growth continues, as she ends up feeling sorry for Trey and asking Martin to go easy on him.But it's a decision she should come to regret as Trey seems to be increasingly unbalanced. Miles and Kirsty have some cute scenes as they discuss trying for a baby, so it's a shame that she's lying to him.And inevitably it's Leah who finds the evidence...
