This was the first episode of this series that I watched, and because of how lousy it was, I deleted the rest without watching them. Why spend 5 minutes on "how a single decision can cause a catastrophe", talk at length about the Costa Concordia, only to follow it up with "but that's not what happened here". Then why show it? They talk about bolts on the lower floors shearing, but they weren't the cause of the collapse... Then, to seal the fate of this lousy episode, they end with "we don't know who is to blame". Who signed off on this?
