The "Bat Credit Card" outburst became a running joke throughout the series. During convention appearances, whenever a fan mentions a Bat Credit Card, Doug Walker will pretend to go crazy and pretend to beat up the fan. Walker also states that he has a scrapbook of prop Bat Credit Cards that are given to him by fans.
This marks the first on-camera appearance of Doug Walker's brother Rob Walker, who would go on to play many supporting characters on the show.
