The satellite shown doesn't have its solar panels pointing towards the Sun.
For a satellite to have anywhere near the picture resolution depicted, it would have to be in low Earth orbit. At that altitude it would be travelling at around 7.7 km per second and would not provide a stationary image. Nor would it be likely to be over the target area at the right time.
