MSV stands for McHenry, Seymour & Vorob.
Founding member Matthew T. McHenry left the series as a regular after the first two episodes.
As the series went on a fictional universe was created within the non fictional universe. Greg did this starting in season one to make the show more than just a political discussion from week to week even starting some story arcs that carried through to season two which changed formats from a political talk show to a myriad of subjects ranging from serious issues, pop culture and improvised comedy.
When Matthew T. McHenry graciously bowed out of doing the weekly series he encouraged Greg & Jon to keep the podcast going because he truly believed their chemistry was great and make for interesting week to week chats as well as foresaw how the show would eventually evolve from exclusively politics. This is one of the reasons Greg kept Matt's name in the title as he was a founding member but integral to how the show went on beyond its initial idea of a "one off" discussion.
On May 31st, 2022 Greg Vorob decided to unpublish all but one episode of the first season because he no longer likes to publicly speak about politics. Two episodes in the second season with political topics remain due to it being referenced to in different context but as of now all first season episodes can no longer be heard by the public with the exception of episode 1.9 "The Cynical Shit Talk Show" which was the first non political episode setting into motion the course of season two.
