Skipper : I don't have a sister, and if I did, she wouldn't have lips.

Hans : Oh. Then who did I kiss?
Hans : So, this Hoboken Zoo, is it nice?

Skipper : I'll be honest with you. It's a disease-ridden cesspool.
[Rico squeezes Miss Perky's hips by accident]

Miss Perky : Let's be special friends.

Rico : Uh, what?

Private : Friends? Oh, no. That's girl code for "I never want to see you again."

Kowalski : [tapping his flippers together sheepishly] Rico, I, uh, I think she's... breaking up with you.

[Rico shakes Miss Perky]

Miss Perky : Let's be friends.

[the word "friends" echoes]

Miss Perky : Special friends.

[Rico looks aghast. Groaning sadly, he drops the glasses and wipes his beak. He jumps down from the wall, hugs Skipper and sniffles into his shoulder. While Rico isn't looking, Kowalski leaps up to the doll]

Skipper : Chin up, soldier. You're a real catch. I'm sure one day she'll come around.

Kowalski : What's that, Miss Perky? You say you've changed your mind?

[He puts on a high voice]

Kowalski : "I love Rico just the way he is."

[Rico snatches the doll and babbles ecstatically]
