In "Goldfish" we have a dual dissolution of a relationship with two different couples trying to solve their problems together: one is formed by
Michael Fassbender and Caroline Carver; and the other is formed by two fishes on a fish tank (Cantonese voices of Yandis Ying and Terence Lo). Both are figuring out what they need to do in order
to stay together though the similarity stops at intention not necessarily the feelings, as the human folks who barely notice the fishes went through some
situation of betrayal, the fishes go through a more existential exchange almost as if being kids arguing (and there's an interesting twist to them).
A great mix between humor and drama that pauses us to reflect about the human condition, the what if's scenario we'd have with relationships - the things one would change, or one would do differently or keep it all the same. Or, on a small and curious level, what if fishes had those exact same deep thoughts (cause the humans were way too cliched). A very different way to see life. 8/10.
