Make Your Mark continues to stumble as it tries to find a mix of comedy and character that works, with a villain in the mix. Ultimately, it's a little awkward and other than a few minor sight gags, not very interesting to watch.
The episode focuses on Hitch, and really makes a good case for him not being a complete character.
At the very least, this episode sets up things for the season-long plot, so you'll need to watch it for that, but unless you just love oversaturated blobs of color, or really like seeing ponies splattered in goop or freaked about plants, this episode really won't do much for you.
