Innovative structure, big energy inspiration, phenomenal editing. The directors avoid the usual formulas and tropes analyzing the industry and investigating it's dark underbelly. They also don't get defensive about Bollywood's reputation in comparison to Hollywood. They just celebrate the outrageous spectacle and weave their own story from clips of Bollywood's best films. If you know India then you will see the history of the country through clever, symbolic editing. If you don't know India, then you will get a one stop montage tour through the best of its cinema. Watch for the subtext because though it may just seem aesthetic, the clips are very intentional in their chronology and assembly.
