TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT is a 15 minute public safety feature with a self-explanatory title. This benefits immensely from the presence of two very funny personalities who complement each other perfectly. The first is narrator Richard Wattis, one of those great old-fashioned British voices who is drier than anything. The second is the great Reg Varney, the ON THE BUSES actor, who plays a bumbling driver who causes chaos in the streets. The jokes come thick and fast here, so this is funny as well as educational.
