Warning: Spoilers
Part 3 of the King Naresuan series. The story is part history part myth and part legend.

The series can almost be described as Thai propaganda but then again almost all movies about a national, mythical, legendary leader are the same.

In this movie, The Black Prince, Naresuan, have completed the exodus of the Siamese from Pegu (Burma/Myanmar) and is now preparing for the inevitable invasion of the rampaging Burmese hordes and their allies. It shows Naresuan's use of tactics to defeat the overwhelming Burmese and Chiang Mai forces.

The acting is so-so as the main character Naresuan is played by a real Thai Cavalry Officer. The action scenes however are quite good with lots of explosions, swordplay, cannons, elephants etc and since its a Thai movie, some slapstick thrown in. The movie is about 2.5hrs long and unlike the part1-2, an idea of Thai history isn't necessary in part 3 although it would help if you saw and understood part 1-2.

Quite entertaining although rather slow in some areas.

This is supposed to be the last of the Trilogy of movies. However part 3 introduced new characters and new character twists so i hope there will be more to the series, otherwise it would be an "incomplete" movie.
