- A man goes into detail about when he is released from prison he will rape a man with barbed wire around his crotch and his family.
- Later on after we hear about the man who will rape the man. We see a nightmare scene where the same man who implied rape cuts open a hole near his kidneys and starts thrusting in him while saying inappropriate things. An inmate chants "Death rape" as he does it He ejaculates into the man, but you don't see that part. No explicit nudity but quite disturbing.
- In the first part of the movie a lady insults the man in a joking way but the man dislikes it. He licks his finger and shoves it into her vagina. She makes a little noise. He sniffs her breasts while making crude, sexist remarks. (No nudity is shown) he pulls his finger out and you can see it is wet. He wipes it on his cheek.
- A man is brutally castrated. You see his testicles and his buttocks. Later on a man gets served a platter which had his testicles on it. The man takes a bite.
- When the incision procedure is being conducted there is a close up of a mans buttocks. A doctor moves the cheek to the side opening up the butthole a bit.
- A man talks and makes jokes about getting erections, his genitals getting hard and being horny. Not in detail.
- A man has his legs spread and we see a woman's head pop up implying she had done oral sex. No actual nudity
- After the man is castrated, the next day, another man takes his testicles out of a glass jar and then eats them. Crunching noises are heard, very disturbing.
- A man is castrated; fake/mutilated genitals are seen during the scene.
- A man masturbates as another man savagely beats a woman.
- Men's buttocks are seen when the centipede is being constructed.
- A man climbs on top of a comatose woman to rape her (her face has been beaten almost completely black and blue) and tells her that "I can make you squirt, even in a coma."
- A man keeps a large jar of "fried human clitorises" (imported from Africa) on his desk and eats them like candy. Other characters are offered "candy" from the jar and eat them not knowing what they really are.
Violence & Gore

- A prisoner shoots a guard. The prisoner is being held down while a man breaks the prisoners arm making it go through his elbow.
- During the incision process. A doctor sticks a needle through a mans upper lip then then proceeds to pull string through it. The man is unconscious. He then does the same to another mans anus connecting the two then slowly pulls the man with the needle through his mouth to the man with the needle near his anus and connects the two.
- 2 men walk by and see a doctor bone-sawing a mans arm off. Lots of blood spurts out and you see a glimpse of the mans mutilated arm and it gets thrown into a basket.
- A man is held against the wall while another man rips open his trousers, castrates him and pulls his testicles out. We hear the man who castrated the other man moan and growl while rubbing the blood all over his face. He then says 'Have him stitched up'.
- A man is "waterboarded" with boiling water. When the towel is pulled off, the man's face is bloody and mutilated.
- A man is graphically castrated. Then the man proceeds to rub the castrated mans blood all over his face.
- A man savagely beats a woman into a coma; she's later seen with a heavily damaged face. Soon after, another man climbs on top of her while she is in her hospital bed, comatose, and prepares to rape her.
- A group of prisoners surround a man and threaten to rape him, the ringleader of the men tells him they are going to cut a hole in his back and into his kidney and rape that hole. The main prisoner flips him over and does so while the rest of the prisoners hold the man down.
- A man is seen in a prison cell, eating his own feces. He's shot after saying that he wants to be a part of the centipede.
- A man with a stoma is gleeful in the fact that due to his closed anus, he cannot be part of the centipede. However, there's a rather large hole in the side of his chest. A man puts a gun in the wound and fires, blowing blood and feces everywhere.
- A man embraces another man and shoots him in the head from point-blank range.
Profanity

- A man yells out racist remarks like "Black, chicken slave niggers" "mother fisting, baby raping Mexican lowlives (Curses in Spanish)" "circumcised ugly Jewish goat fuckers" "Jesus fucking bleached assholes" "impotent yellow faced narrow eyed coons"
- Lots of racist remarks like directed towards the prisoners, obviously used for comedic effect but can be quite offensive. In one scene, a man yells 'Shut up, you timber n*gger!!!" while trying to pour boiling water over a (black) prisoners face.
- 100 uses of "fuck" , 3 uses of "cunt" one use of "asshole", several uses of "pussy" two uses of "nigger".
