I am pretty sure the person doing the voice over for Another World really, really wants to be able to have a deep, powerful voice, filled with awesome gravitas. Unfortunately, they don’t. You can tell they are trying to fake it. They lose the intended impact of their speeches somewhat, being quite cringe worthy at points, as you try to feel that you are listening to deep, philosophical ponderings and try not to giggle.

We've been keeping our eye on Israeli director Eitan Reuven and his zombie apocalypse film Another World for quite some time now and with the film now complete and through its festival run a new poster and theatrical trailer have arrived on the scene.In a post-apocalyptic future, a biological warfare program gone wrong leaves only four survivors defending themselves from "the infected" - mindless killers. Eitan Reuven's Israeli scifi / action film Another World is off to a strong start on its international festival run, picking up the Best Picture prize at the Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival and with the film gearing up for release around the world Twitch is pleased to present a new teaser. It's been a hell of a year for Israel's Independent Cinema. First came the news about Israel's First Horror Film, Rabies (Kalevet) which I co-wrote and directed with Navot Papushado. Then we learnt about Israel's first zombie film, Another World (directed by Eitan Reuven) and now it seems that Israel has its own take on Thelma & Louise and they've named it Joe + Belle. This is the directorial debut of Veronica Kedar and it tells the story of two women, an angst-ridden drug dealer named Joe and a suicidal psychopath named Belle, who due to an outlandish accident end up with a corpse on their hands and the cops on their tails. The film has already been generating positive reactions after its first screening at Sderot's Cinema South...
