Really, NCIS? Your xenophobia is showing. The percentage of refugees processed through the US with ties to terrorism is miniscule, practically nonexistent. It was certainly an interesting choice for the creators of this episode to write in a lazy terrorist plot line and air the episode a few months into the Syrian refugee crisis. Real subtle. As mentioned by others under "factual errors" for this episode, the entire premise is impossible anyway - so the decision to go forward with this idea speaks volumes. As for positives, I enjoyed the performance by Shohreh Aghdashloo. She was great in an episode of SVU this same year.
