Michael Winner was going to be interviewed for the documentary, but he died before production started on it.
Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus were both approached to be interviewed for this documentary. Menahem initially was agreeable to appearing in the film; however, Yoram flatly refused after being denied creative input and began financing a rival documentary titled The Go-Go Boys: The Inside Story of Cannon Films (2014). Menehem then agreed to appear in Yoram's film, rather than Mark Hartley's.
