- A teenage skateboarder suffering from a recent family tragedy comes up with a money-making scheme that embroils him in something far bigger than he ever dreamed. Only his mum and emo ex-girlfriend can save him from a terrifying fate.
- BROCK (19) is a skateboarding genius from Elizabeth Downs (a low socio-economic suburb in South Australia). He has big ambitions to become financially independent and escape his working class roots. When he learns from his preppy uni frenemy HUNTER (19) that the price to become a master of your own destiny is a million dollars, that becomes his goal. His method is breaking into wealthy homes, stealing data from their computers and transferring his ill-gotten-gains to foreign bank accounts. Everything goes to plan until Brock stumbles on the hit-of-a-lifetime- A cannabis grow house with millions of dirty dollars in their bank account. Brock can't resist the temptation, rips off the house and finally reaches his goal, but the drug-gang hunt him down seeking revenge, leading to a bloody climax at his Mums housing trust home. Along the journey, Brock learns that human goodness isn't always aligned with net-worth and that sometimes in life 'WALLS RUN INTO YOU' meaning that success or failure isn't always the result of your own life choices and actions. This is a totally original indie thriller with a unique South Aussie perspective, but the style and tone is similar to: PARASITE, SNOWTOWN, JUNO, 20TH CENTURY WOMEN and DONNIE DARKO.—Pete Williams
