Is the humour a bit broader? Yes, Can you moreso than ever see Disney's finger prints all over this? Yes.
That aside though, this is great fun, and for a fan of the franchise like myself it's just lovely to see Tim Allen back in the big red suit.
It still remains charming, and while this might be a bit stretched at six episodes, it's cheered me up no end.
It's almost sad to see a conflicted Scott Calvin say goodbye to the role we famously saw him gain way back in the original film.
I'm enjoying the series and all the little nods to the previous entries in the franchise.
Would a DVD release be too much to ask for though Disney??
