- There are several instances of topless women, though most of them are "zombies" and covered in blood.
- The main character in one scene has a large dildo in his underwear that he strokes through the cloth. He later takes it out and places it up to his mouth.
- The main character, aptly named Pervo, is obsessed with women and makes a lot of sexual comments.
