Indie Steampunk Cthluhu Action!
Taking only mere moments of introduction to explain the state of the world, Dirigible Days does a fantastic job of setting the scene of this world gone awry. Featuring plenty of steampunk decorum, and splashed with the works of H. P. Lovecraft, this series wasn't blessed with a million dollar budget, but rest assured, this does not keep the effects team from truly making magic with what they have. Making use of fantastic sets both live and green screen, and a wonderful wardrobe department, each scene has plenty of attention to detail. I would highly recommend this to anyone with even a modicum of interest in either of the two leading genres, and if they don't, then I'm sure this hour long adventure will have them begging for more by the end.

Two stars for the Idea

This is awful- not even a passable student film. I wish I could rate it higher for the effort, but come on- I kept expecting some 'Boom chicka wow wow' music, because this is pretty much on par with low budget X rated features. I understand it was a passion project... but Prime needs to stop throwing this kind of dung on the wall to see what will stick. This didn't.
