Massive moving contribution and witnessing to Rimbaud's life.
This film was shot in Charleville-Mézières in 1971 after Troller had accepted to shoot it. He had looked for an Inhabitant of Charleville-Mézières whose wound and life would be close to Rimbaud's. I met the son of this man when the film was presented yesterday in Charleville during celebrations about Rimbaud..The film was presented by Yanny Hureaux, a writer, a teacher, a journalist and the author of a biography of Rimbaud.
The film is very well structured and nothing important is forgotten. It's a very good tribute to Rimbaud's life through its quality (scenario, photography, mounting and Troller's voice over.)
A great time for Rimbaud's and movies' lovers!
