For me, "Let it Burn" was just a standard NCIS: Los Angeles episode (or one that could have worked for any other NCIS franchise, substituting characters and some locations).
What I did enjoy was Admiral Kilbride's continuing (and not yet exhausting...although that threshold might be coming soon) Grumpy Old Man routine, and Rountree's awkward reunion with an ex-girlfriend FBI agent.
Not a great, but also not a bad, just one that you won't remember all that long after the final credits roll. I guess there's bound to be a few of that type of episode over fourteen twenty-something seasons of television.
