There were several challenges to filming at what initially seemed would be a quiet location because there were sporting teams training that kept running by the movie set and halting production. Additionally, it was near the parking lot and there were constantly cars coming and going; shutting doors; playing loud music; and walking dogs. More time was spent and wasted waiting on these distractions than it took to make the film.
The film was produced at the Filmed on location at Parklands of Floyd's Fork Park System, Louisville, Kentucky. More specifically, it was the Ogle Foundation Woodland Pavilion, on "The Midway" in the Broad Run Park section (background behind Virginia Callan)
This film was produced for Virginia Callan's class assignment and it was based on past research with the owner of the Higher Perspective, LLC. company. The film had to be produced and edited all on the same day as she waited too long to get around to doing the assignment. Fortunately, the weather was perfect for the production. As the portion of the Parklands of Floyd's Fork was the final and newest section to be completed, this was a location where fewer films had ever been produced as well as it was convenient for production options of where to film on that exact day. Following the shooting, the cast party was at a restaurant that was randomly selected at the next highway exit. Then it was home to edit the film and submit it all in the same day.
