Oxygen, the women-oriented cable outlet owned by NBCUniversal, made the most of its upfront presentation yesterday to potential advertisers by debuting five new series as well as confirming a second season of its popular talent show The Glee Project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oxygen debuted a development slate that includes Girlfriend Confidential: NY (formerly Taking NY), about a group of successful female friends in New York City, as well as a L.A. version, Girlfriend Confidential: La; All the Right Moves, about choreographer Travis Wall and his friends working to launch their own dance company; My Shopping Addiction, about people addicted to high-end shopping; I’m Having Their Baby; about would-be moms debating whether to put their babies up for adoption and The Next Big Thing: NY, about musical director Trapper Felides preparing young performers for their big break.
