- The members of New Directions perform songs that they're ordinarily too embarrassed to admit that they love.
- The episode opens with Blaine giving Sam $50. The reason is that he's spotted Sam taking pasta from the lunch room. Sam tells him the reason is that he's working on macaroni art (one being Kurt). Blaine admits that his guilty pleasure is the band Wham!. Tina pops in and tells the guys Glee club is cancelled this week because Mr. Schue is out sick, but the guys say "not necessarily."
Despite not having an advisor available, Sam and Blame assign the Glee club guilty pleasures. Blaine and Sam start with "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go."
Brittany talks to Kitty about improving her negative image. She invites her to appear on Fondue For Two. During the interview, Kitty tells Brittany her guilty pleasure is too horrible to admit and whispers it in her ear.
We learn Kurt's most secret guilty pressure is his "boyfriend arm," a pillow/fake arm that makes it seem as if you're sleeping with an arm around your shoulder.
In the locker room, Sam and Blaine talk and Sam refuses to reveal his true guilty pleasure, but Blaine keeps pressing until Sam blurts out that his secret is he likes Barry Manilow.
Some of the Glee kids who watched the online interview demand to know Kitty's guilty pleasure. Kitty won't budge, but Brittany says that it's the Spice Girls, and Unique, Tina, and Marley are ecstatic about performing one of their songs.
Santana is still bickering with Rachel and Kurt. Kurt wants Santana to wait on telling Rachel about Brody until after her big audition. Santana suggests to Rachel that they prank Kurt to get her mind off Brody. The girls walk in to put Kurt's hand in water and see his "boyfriend arm."
Sam admits his love for Manilow to the club. He then sings "Copacabana." Several other members of Glee respond that they are also Manilow fans.
The girls talk about which Spice Girls they want to be. Marley interrupts with word that Jake plans to sing a Chris Brown song.
Sam is upset that Blaine hasn't been completely honest.
Jake tries to explain singing Chris Brown to the girls. His reason is that he feels guilty about liking his songs and argues you should be able to separate the art from the artist.
Kurt gives Santana and Rachel their own special pillows. Santana tells Rachel that Brody was a gigolo and Kurt confirms it.
Blaine sings a powerful rendition of "Against All Odds." Tina asks him who it was about and Blaine says he was thinking about Kurt. He adds no longer in the closet about his love for Phil Collins, but Sam notices Blaine looking at him while he sang.
The girls sing "Wannabe." Artie seems to be noticing Kitty a little bit and notes afterwards that she actually looks like she enjoys being part of the group. Jake takes the stage and sings "My Prerogative."
Jake apologizes afterwards about singing Bobby Brown, since he allegedly got Whitney Houston addicted to drugs.
Rachel confronts Brody about selling his body. He comes back that he knows she slept with Finn at the wedding and says he meant everything he said about her. They break up, followed by singing a duet of "Creep."
Sam finds Blaine working on a Phil Collins song in the auditorium. Sam says he knows Blaine's guilty pleasure is him. They hug it out.
Rachel comes home and finds Santana and Kurt bonding over The Facts of Life. She tells them she and Brody came to an understanding and the relationship is over. She thanks Santana and says she's ready to see older guys. She wants them to watch the biggest guilty pleasure movie: Mamma Mia. Rachel begins to sing the title song and is joined by Santana and Kurt; the scene is intercut with Marley, Kitty, Blaine, and Sam leading in the New Directions performance.
