In the conference scene all the Astromechs's Republic army 'masters' are present, although most are not identified by name. R2-D2 belongs to Anakin Skywalker, of course. Pink QT-KT serves with Jedi Knight Aayla Secura. Green M5-BZ serves Jedi Master Tera Sinube. Yellow U9-C4 serves Jedi Knight Thongla Jur. Pitt Droid WAC-47 serves Clone Commander Neyo.
QT-KT is similar in name and color to R2-KT, the pink Astromech built by 501st Legion founder Albin Johnson for his daughter Katie, who was dying from brain cancer. Although R2-KT had previously made several background appearances on The Clone Wars, the developers thought that a story featuring two droids with the number R2 would be confusing. Therefore a different droid with a new name was designed for this story arc.
The opening titles before all episodes in this four-part arc (Secret Weapons (2012), A Sunny Day in the Void (2012), Missing in Action (2013), and Point of No Return (2013)) are blue rather than the traditional yellow.
The 'Jedi fortune cookie' message that opens the show reads "Humility is the only defense against humiliation."
