Another episode ruined by the presence of Robert Wagner. I cringe when I see his smug face. I might feel sorry for his character when he interacts with Tony if the character was played by anyone else. The episode itself was not bad, even with the standard plot of bumping heads with people from other agencies.

Very bad writing

A lot of this show through the whole series has been very bad writing but this show has been extremely bad writing. The first body they found even though it was the husband of a woman in the navy her husband was a civilian and his partner worked for treasury so in reality this would strictly be a secret service case. If the navy woman were found dead and not the husband it would be different but her unemployed civilian husband was not navy. I am a U.S. MARINE and I know this whole series has got great super reviews & number one show and people like the bullying that Gibbs does to get his way and everything and all that but the whole series was very badly written especially when it comes to jurisdiction. I know it's only television but they should keep it somewhat close to reality.
