In the fall premiere, Ken Murray's guests include comic actors Herbert Marshall and Alan Young, British vocalist Anne Shelton, accordionist Oswald, actor Richard Webb, sword dancer James Jamieson and James Roach and his twelve bagpipers. Regulars include Darla Hood, Joe Besser, the Enchanters, and Jack Mulhall. Young is featured in a Scottish musical bit. Shelton sings "St. Louis Blues." Marshall performs in a dramatic sketch with Webb playing father and son physicians at a personal crossroads.
