Juli Sheppard Missett is a handome, tall instructor, who gives evidence here of being the most enthusiastic of exercise instructors on the current scene. Backed in the "Jazzercises" by varying groups of both female and male helpers, Missett is energy personified, belting out her instructions and spontaneous singalongs with the varied pop tunes on the soundtrack as if she were auditioning for a guest shot on "Soul Train". Tape consists of very short workouts, geared to the length of a 45rpm record each, with title cards indicating the purpose of each exercise.
