Fox is looking to make a literal splash next Super Bowl Sunday, by slotting the freshman action drama Rescue: Hi-Surf after the Big Game on Feb. 9, 2025.
As Fox has done with its recent Super Bowl lead-outs (Next Level Chef in 2023, The Masked Singer in 2020), rather than try to launch a brand-new show that night, Rescue: Hi-Surf will have already debuted this fall, airing Mondays at 9/8c after 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5.

Their first on-screen romance came in 2019 feature Top End Wedding, and now Miranda Tapsell and Gwilym Lee are getting in the loving mood for a Prime Video Australia series.
The pair are reprising their roles from the local box office hit in Top End Bub, with Tapsell and Top End Wedding co-writer Joshua Tyler penning the scripts. Christian van Vuuren and Shari Sebbens are directing.
Top End Bub will revisit Lauren (Tapsell), a dynamic Indigenous lawyer ticking off life goals in Adelaide, and her baker husband Ned (Lee), who abandon city life for the Top End (where the outback meets the tropics) to raise Lauren’s recently-orphaned eight-year-old niece.
While Lauren and Ned juggle the responsibility of becoming unexpected parents and try to keep their marriage together, Lauren must come to terms with her responsibilities within her culture, as she transforms from an individualist to the linchpin of her family,...

Glen Powell is the latest heartthrob of Hollywood after his hunky avatar in Top Gun: Maverick followed by the romantic comedy Anyone But You. His s*xy charm and chemistry with Sydney Sweeney was a defining factor in the film becoming a big success at the box office.
Glen Powell in Top Gun: Maverick
While female audiences are swooning over Powell at the moment, few keen-eyed fans discovered the actor’s nerdy side as a young star when he appeared in 2003’s Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. Seeing the huge departure in his physical appearance, netizens found it extremely hard to believe that it was Powell in the film.

Over the years horror has evolved into many weird, wonderful and gruesome as f**k genres; the 70s saw slashers emerge with films such as Prom Night and Halloween, then by the 90s (and beyond) the Scream franchise took on the horror mantle for slasher flicks. We’ve also been treated to classic monster movies that began with the likes of Frankenstein in 1931, to the sexy, arthouse stylings of Giallo horror, while splatter flicks, also known as torture porn, burst onto the scene in the brutal eye-gouging form of Hostel, while the supernatural still play a major role in scaring audiences nowadays. Of course, these are just the tip of the spooky iceberg when it comes to the delightful smorgasbord of horror subgenres, and there’s one that continues to thrill fans on both the small screen and theatrically; the zombie movie. However, up until 2004, the zombie genre had offered some amazing titles,...

Actress Keira Knightley gained significant popularity in the 2000s and it’s hard to not talk about 2003’s Love Actually when we talk about her success. While the movie was very important for the actress’ career, Knightley has one regret: wearing a hat in a scene in the movie. It may have looked out of place but there was a particular reason why she wore it.
Keira Knightley and Andrew Lincoln in Love Actually
Knightley once revealed that she wore the hat in order to hide acne. It was natural for her as she was just a teenager back then, but she preferred the hat instead of makeup to cover the pimple. Love Actually made Knightley a household name and created bigger opportunities for the star.

The opportunity to see a Sundance Film Festival premiere is unlike anything else. The anticipation and mystery that approaches each opening credit is unmatched and it is what makes the festival, now in its 40th year, so special.
Most Sundance films have the stereotype of being very heavy in subject matter. For instance this festival I have seen films centering around suicide, body dysmorphia, religion and even the Holocaust. So it’s not often you leave a Sundance film with the statement, “Dang! That was so much fun!”
Well tonight, I left a theater with a smile on my face and a sense of enjoyment that took me quite by surprise.
A very familiar Sundance face, Richard Linklater, returned to the Utah Festival with Hit Man, his latest film that he directed and co-wrote with the film’s lead actor Glen Powell. The two have combined to create a sure-fire...
