The Fox Force Five has officially been dismantled after years of reigning havoc on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast.
Okay, that was a little dramatic, but it’s fair to say that the height of the group’s popularity wasn’t exactly a good season for the show.
The group included Teddi Mellencamp, Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Lisa Rinna, who made up the Season 9 cast along with Lisa Vanderpump and newbie, Denise Richards.
The Fox Force Five set their sights on Lisa, and she left the show following the Puppgate scandal.
In Season 10, the fivesome outnumbered newbies Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke, who joined the show after the Puppygate scandal.
However, while the group was on a high, they wouldn’t be on Cloud 9 for very long.

Andreas Dresen’s favorite Berlinale memory, as you’d expect, involves Currywurst.
“I was on the jury one year, And it was clear I was the local guy among all these big names,” he recalls. “Now the festival had a vegan menu already then, and at the awards dinner, we had great food but they were quite small portions and [jury president] Wong Kar Wai turns to me and says ‘Andreas, can’t we get some real food?’ So I took them all, Susanne Bier, Shirin Neshat, Tim Robbins, everyone in tuxes and evening gowns, to [legendary Berlin snack bar] Curry 36 for a Currywurst. Even Tim Robbins, who actually is vegetarian, tucked in. I personally saw him gobble up three Currywursts. It was the most Berlin moment ever.”

In 2003, Gabi Mosely (played by Shanola Hampton) was just a missing teen — alongside a newly abducted Bella (Jasmine Washington) — trying to escape their kidnapper Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar). During Jennifer Garner’s hiatus following the second season of her hit TV show Alias, she made a movie that took her career in a totally new direction: For the first time, 13 Going on 30 had Garner playing a lead in a romantic comedy. And the movie’s big “action” scenes were actually some of the film’s most memorable moments, its dance scenes. At the time of the movie’s opening, Garner told us that those were some of her favorite memories from the film, because she’d always been a huge fan of dancing and musicals. From Disney darling to pop star, Dove Cameron's career has undergone quite the evolution since she began acting in her early teens. The versatile actor's earliest fans grew up alongside her as she played identical twins "Liv and Maddie" for four seasons on the hit Disney Channel show. But Cameron's professional acting career began even earlier, when she memorably guest-starred in two episodes of "Shameless" as Holly Herkimer, a young woman who was interested in Lip Gallagher (Jeremy Allen White).
Cameron's early work in "Shameless" and "Liv and Maddie" showed off the actor's range. Right from the start of her career, it was clear she could pull off comedic and dramatic roles, just as she could pivot between family-friendly fare and more daring projects. In recent years, she's continued to challenge herself as an actor with roles in B.J. Novak's directorial debut, "Vengeance" and Hulu's comedic...

That American Auto and Superstore share DNA is indisputable: Both are NBC workplace comedies created by Justin Spitzer that take place in the Midwest. It makes sense that Spitzer would also bring some of the same actors from one show to the next, and while some of that crossover is more obvious, eagle-eyed fans were also quick to spot Jon Miyahara, who played Brett on Superstore, in the background of several scenes throughout American Auto. The March 28 episode “Passion Project” may have just confirmed that he’s playing the very same Brett who silently sulked through Cloud 9.

Superstore ended in 2021 after six seasons. Fans were sad to see the series go and certainly believed that the employees of Cloud 9 had more stories to tell. At least one cast member agrees. Jon Barinholtz, the actor who portrayed Marcus White in the series, would be onboard for a Superstore reunion. The beloved NBC show still has fans.
Why was ‘Superstore’ canceled?
In 2020, NBC shocked Superstore fans when it announced that season 6 would be the series’ last. The cancelation came as a big surprise. Superstore had done fairly well for NBC, and fans were still attracted to the show week after week.
While NBC never gave a definitive reason for the cancelation, industry experts are pretty certain America Ferrera’s decision to leave the series greatly impacted when and where it ended. According to Newsweek, Ferrera’s departure signaled to NBC that it was time to wrap things up.

Just days after winning the Golden Globe, “Pose” star Michaela Jae Rodriguez (formerly known professionally as Mj Rodriguez) was strangely snubbed at the SAG Awards. But now, she’s expected to enter the winner’s circle again thanks to the Critics Choice Awards. That’s great news for fans who felt cheated out of seeing her give her record-setting acceptance speech (the Globes were not televised) as the first-ever trans actress to win a major industry lead acting award.
Rodriguez has leading 17/5 odds to prevail for Best Drama Actress at Critics Choice, according to Gold Derby predictions. Her co-nominees, in order of their chart rankings, are Christine Baranski (“The Good Fight”), Melanie Lynskey (“Yellowjackets”), Uzo Aduba (“In Treatment”), Katja Herbers (“Evil”) and Chiara Aurelia (“Cruel Summer”). The awards will take place on March 13, 2022.

In early 2020, teenage dancer and choreographer Jalaiah Harmon transformed the way we use TikTok. Her now-viral "Renegade" dance blew up across the platform and helped turn the app into a collaborative space for creators looking to share their moves with the world. As other TikTok users capitalized on the success of the dance and attempted to erase Harmon's name from its history, a new conversation broke out across social media about the importance of giving Black content creators the credit they're due.
A leading voice in the subsequent TikTok strike, Harmon has since rightfully taken back the credit she is owed and helped other influencers to do the same. In a conversation with Popsugar, she opened up about the lasting effects of having her work appropriated and all the opportunities that have come her way after making her voice heard.

“It was like that kiss goodnight,” declares Lauren Ash about the emotional finale of NBC’s sixth and final season of “Superstore.” For our recent webchat, she addds, “It was such a beautiful ending. Getting to see all the characters at that barbecue, I thought was really sweet. Getting to see Dina and Garrett happier than we’ve ever seen them getting to see little bits of Amy and Jonah, so we know they’re together, we know that they’re married, they had a honeymoon, they had another child. I can’t watch it without crying and I’ve watched it probably 30 times. I can’t even really talk about it without crying!” Watch our exclusive video interview above.

The NBC workplace comedy wrapped its six-season run with a two-part series finale, which saw a happy ending for Amy (America Ferrera) and Jonah (Ben Feldman), and marked a brand new chapter for other members of the Cloud 9 family.
Creator Justin Spitzer, who stepped down as showrunner back in 2019, returned to co-write the emotional final episodes with executive producers Jonathan Green and Gabe Miller.
Part one of the series finale, “Perfect Store,” picks up from America Ferrera’s surprise appearance at the end of the “Lowell Anderson” episode, when Cheyenne (Nichole Sakura) calls up Amy Sosa to confirm rumors of a Cloud 9 closures due to the pandemic. Amy returns to St. Louis from California to help...

In the Season 6 episode of “Superstore” titled “Customer Appreciation,” Jonah (Ben Feldman) gets put in his place.
The corporate executives at Zephra — a tech conglomerate that owns the Cloud 9 superstore chain — have been stressing the importance of customer appreciation surveys, using those oft-ignored links at the bottom of every receipt to rank the efficiency, popularity, and general value of each store — never mind that, as Dina (Lauren Ash) says, people only use receipts “to spit out gum and for murder alibis.”
Still, if that’s what matters to corporate, that’s what matters to the workers. Cheyanne (Nichole Sakura) puts the most people-pleasing employees on the registers, hoping their charm will buoy the store’s score, and then she discovers a harsh truth: Jonah is not good with customers. Maybe he once was, but now there are complaints that he talks too much at checkout and makes the store’s guests uncomfortable.

America Ferrera on Returning to ‘Superstore’ for the Series Finale and the Show’s Cultural Resonance
Attention, Cloud 9 shoppers: if you weren’t expecting Amy to return quite so soon, you weren’t the only one.
“Superstore” star and executive producer America Ferrera didn’t anticipate her character Amy would head back to St. Louis during the same season she left for a corporate gig at the big-box retailer’s headquarters in California, but news that Season 6 would be the NBC series’ last dramatically shifted the trajectory of her storyline.
“I expected and hoped that the show would go on after my departure for many, many years,“ she tells Variety. “So it was definitely coming back sooner than I think any of us imagined. But at the same time, we knew that in the setup of how Amy left, it really lent itself to how she could come back.”

In an unexpected twist, Jeff returns as Store 1217's district manager on Superstore Season 6 Episode 12.
Corporate reinstated Jeff as the district manager, prompting chaotic events on "Customer Satisfaction."
Among these events includes one last glimpse of Jeff and Mateo's former relationship, providing closure for them, as well as for us.
But first, Jeff's return prompts Cloud 9 employees to encourage customers to fill out their customer satisfaction surveys. At first, these surveys do not seem like a big deal. However, according to Jeff, Store 1217 is not doing so hot, which brings up the possibility of getting fired.
These co-managers waste no time jumping into action, so they hatch a plan to raise their ratings. And in classic Superstore style, things go well at first, but soon enough, chaos infiltrates Cloud 9.
Honestly, would an episode of Superstore truly be Superstore without plans going haywire and employees unintentionally causing mayhem?...

Amy Sosa may have moved on to the bigger and greener pastures of California, but she's not totally leaving her Cloud 9 friends behind. Cloud 9's last night open is bringing back America Ferrera's Amy Sosa.
NBC confirmed the news Wednesday, just months after it was announced that the series will wrap with its March 25 sixth-season finale.
Fererra was initially set to depart at the close of Superstore Season 5, but it was postponed to the beginning of Superstore Season 6 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The last five-plus years with this cast and crew have truly been so amazing,” the actress said when she announced her departure.
“It’s been such an anchor in my life — a place that I felt so supported and so loved by all of you. I feel like I have grown so much as a person, as a producer, as a director, as an actor… and coming here every single day has just been a gift, and I haven’t taken a moment of it for granted… I hope to be back,...

NBC's Superstore completed filming on its sixth -- and final -- season over the weekend, and two of the stars took to social media to pay tribute to the hit comedy series.
Ben Feldman, who plays Jonah Simms, shared a photo of him at the last table read held over zoom.
“Tomorrow is the last day I’ll play Jonah Simms,” he wrote.
“No hugs goodbye, no see you at the wrap party, no awkward drunk conversations at the bar. The past year has been a lonely time especially when you’re celebrating, mourning, commemorating, saying goodbye," he shared.
"I think we’re all probably done taking other people for granted. It’s almost as if other people are the only thing that actually matters."
"I like to think in the end, that’s what Superstore was about. I’m gonna miss these other people dearly.

Emotions were running high on Superstore Season 6 Episode 7.
When America Fererra chose to depart the NBC comedy, Superstore lost its protagonist and its central love story.
For the most part, Jonah's been putting on a brave face, and Superstore didn't dive too deeply into his heartbreak. But that all changed when Kelly was coerced into a shift at the Stanton store and helped Jonah deal with emotions he didn't realize he was repressing.
Amy hasn't been onscreen since Superstore Season 6 Episode 2 aired, but her presence, or lack thereof, is still felt by her co-workers.
Superstore is considered an ensemble, but Amy and Jonah's relationship has always felt like the story's heart. Jonah didn't know what he was doing with his life until he came across a random Cloud 9 on his drive home and decided to apply for a job.
It was there that he found not only a family...

Well, Superstore Season 6 Episode 6 demonstrates once again that this show can tackle pretty much any issue.
One particular theme that has been consistent since the beginning is personal conflict and how our strife might affect those around us.
The episode, titled "Biscuit," followed Glenn, Sandra, and Garrett, as they each dealt with personal issues. And some of those issues spiraled into absolute chaos around them.
First, Garrett has trouble with customer returns for the first time. When Zephra announces a new policy that allows customers to return any Zephra product to Cloud 9, it drastically changes things.
Suddenly, Garrett has to process returns for items Cloud 9 does not sell -- including medical and marine training equipment.
Garrett's tech skills are put to the ultimate test, and things go anything but smoothly for him. However, Garrett being, well, Garrett, the more he struggles, the more determined he is to work...

Superstore is back from hiatus with a critical episode that proves once again that the show handles serious subjects with great care while including a natural sense of humor.
Superstore Season 6 Episode 5 tackles systemic racism, specifically within the corporate world. "Hair Care Products" also confronts the issue of hosting social events during a pandemic.
These topics ultimately led to a broader theme portrayed throughout the episode -- the idea of boundaries and appropriate implementation.
The spotlight was on Garrett on "Hair Care Products" as Dina delegates him the task of conducting a crucial meeting -- employees will construct a list of racist issues at Cloud 9 and send it to corporate.
But Garrett is not too thrilled about the prospect. He has worked at Cloud 9 for years, and he clearly has not seen any significant revolutionary change. Why should he step up to the plate just because corporate dismantles...

Superstore‘s final season resumes Thursday (at a new time, 8:30/7:30c) with an episode that tackles systemic racism. It all begins when Cloud 9 changes its policy of locking up Black haircare products, which begets a larger conversation guided by Garrett.
“Garrett thinks it’s too little, too late,” portrayer Colton Dunn tells TVLine of Cloud 9’s policy change. “Although you want to applaud all corporations for taking any steps that they take, you have to find humor in how small these steps tend to be [when you consider] how much power these corporations have.”
