Sex & Nudity

  • A specific type of enemy, specifically female spellcasters (formally called Desert Pyromancers), wear a rather revealing outfit. This outfit can be acquired and worn by players.
  • One boss character is a topless woman, with her breasts blocked by her hair. However, the game never focuses on this and it can be easy to miss with all the action, there's also another boss called Medusa she doesn't have a top as well.

Violence & Gore

  • Blood is frequent but mild. There are some instances of gore, such as a boss character that holds its own severed head, or a boss made out of numerous corpses. Almost all blood effects can be lessened (blood turns black) or disabled completely in the Options menu.
  • All gore and blood can be turned off.
  • Players use medieval-type weapons to overcome enemies such as swords and axes.
  • Little amount of blood is shown.

Profanity

  • One character says "bastard" and "prick".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Darker & more much sadistic to players than the first game despite the T rating.
  • Some enemies might frighten young players.
