might make you recall a bad day in New York history
If you're expecting something big, and all of you "Revengettes" would be, then believe me, you will not be disappointed. Far be it from me to spoil your experience, see it for yourself.
As usual I will pick up on some of the individual performances:
The early scene with Declan and new girl Regina made me smirk, because she basically said what I had more than hinted at - what would Charlotte have seen in Declan? Low-hanging forbidden fruit, ah he seems a bit... slim picking. Anyway, I posted the Quote, read it. Oh, and Seychelle Gabriel is an excellent choice as Regina.
Ashley Madekwe fans should brace themselves for a big disappointment. She's not going to be in the series for much longer. No, I don't know what's gonna happen, just that this is her third from last appearance. Beats me why she's written out, maybe that SALEM part lured her away?
Last week I learned about the book "Revenge" and saw the filmed promotional ad, and I have to say, that girl there, she is hauntingly beautiful. I keep thinking it would have been better if we could have switched to an entire new story-line along the same flavor instead of rehashing this worn-thin Grayson business for another two seasons. Then we'd have had the exciting climax coming up next.
Anyway, there's no shortage of suspense in this episode. You get the feel that something big and bad is gonna happen, you just don't know exactly what. Well, believe me, it's cataclysmic!
