- TriviaChef Rocky went on to open his own restaurant in Everett in 2013, called Ole Soul Southern Creole. Despite his laziness in the kitchen and excuses at Prohibition, reviews at various online sites have been quite positive (as of late 2014). [EDIT] Rocky's restaurant, Ole Soul Creole, which was located just down the street from the Prohibition Gastropub, permanently closed in September, 2017 due to "serious medical emergencies".

Very Weird . . .
Chef Ramsay tries to help a former belly dancer with her restaurant. For one thing, I don't know why the owner thought opening a restaurant would be a good idea, its not even remotely the same thing.
Also, this is the first episode I have seen where Gordon Ramsay seems literally speechless when he first meets the owner. Maybe he is just acting, but it seems like he is literally struggling to figure out what to say. Even if he is acting, its hilarious, because he doesn't seem like the type of man to be at a loss for words.
So, very strange episode, but entertaining.
