Charles Band reveals titles and poster art for many upcoming films for the PulsePounders sub-label that were never produced, including Castle Freak, Dollmaker, Voodoo, and Sub-Humans. Of those films, Castle Freak was the only one to be produced, and even then, it was through the main Full Moon label. The PulsePounders name was taken from a then-unreleased film of the same name that Charles Band produced in the 80s at his previous studio, Empire Pictures. PulsePounders would eventually turn into a Family-Fantasy sub-label instead, replacing Moonbeam Entertainment in the summer of 1997.
