Sex & Nudity

- The main character repeatedly experiences pain-induced orgasm, but this is depicted only in a highly stylized way, by darkening of the eyes and by waves of optical distortion radiating from his head. His primary-school-age son also exhibits these symptoms once, when a pretty woman speaks to him.
- Sex is implied to happen once near the end of the film, but this only becomes clear after the fact.
- The Bondage women dress in mildly skimpy attire, and the CEO's outfit emphasizes her cleavage. The main character and his son are seen in their underwear, and once they are shown trussed up in minimal clothing. They are shown taking a bath; the child is fleetingly seen from the front as he exits the tub.
- Despite the premise of the movie - paying to be attacked by experts in bondage, domination, and sadism -- there is neither sexual nudity nor any on-screen sex scene, nor any particularly strong sexual dialog. There are some disturbing (albeit comical) fetishism scenes though.
Violence & Gore

- A woman falls and breaks her neck; her corpse is shown oozing liquids.
- Two people are shot and killed at close range. On one we see the blackened entrance wound on the forehead; no blood is shown.
- During a massive assault, the use of explosive devices sends a large number of attackers flying unrealistically through the air, a tree falls on some, and a car explodes; many attackers presumably die. No blood or gore is shown.
- One scene portrays an excess of spitting.
- Non-fatal wounds such as huge bruises are briefly seen. There are several scenes with vicious physical attacks that cause pain but not serious injury. Almost no blood is seen, however.
Profanity

- One use of "what the hell", one use of "shit" and about 20 uses of "fuck".
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Several characters smoke cigarettes occasionally. In one scene at a bar, beer and possibly other beverages are consumed. No drugs.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- One intensely sad scene shows a father deciding whether to continue life support for his comatose daughter.
- The physical attacks are often unexpected; they're vicious; and despite the minimal blood and gore, they obviously cause intense pain, sometimes resulting in loss of consciousness.
- Younger viewers, if any, might be frightened by the sight of people being devoured.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- A man is shown near-term ("very") pregnant as a result of a BDSM encounter.
Violence & Gore
- The main character's young son is trussed up with ropes and ball gag and suspended from the ceiling. No obvious assault or infliction of pain is shown, however, and he seems okay after he's released. The son's response when he encounters the woman that did this implies that like father, like son, this treatment will bring him sexual pleasure when he grows up.
- Two likeable characters are eaten. We only see their legs sticking out of the predator's mouth.
