Both the Jeep in which Tanner is moved and the Jeep in which Basher is moved, have the same license plate: "WM13 GJJ", which implies it's the same Jeep, though traveling at the same time, in different places, with different people inside.
There is no trace of blood on Simone's face when she arrives home with the device, though it's unlikely she stopped anywhere to clean up.
While Jack Bauer is in pursuit of Simone al-Harazi, he boards the tube at Waterloo. The train announcement says the next station is Charring Cross, but barring a station closing, Embankment should have have been the next station on the Northern Line.
Chloe tells Jack that Simone al-Harazi entered Kennington station 6 minutes ago and boarded a Northern line train, next stop Waterloo, ETA 4 minutes, and Jack says they have to get there in 3.
The travel time between Kennington and Waterloo is no more than 2 minutes so 3 minutes would not have been enough time for Jack to drive to Waterloo, enter the station at street level, go through the ticket barriers, go down the escalators and get to the platform to witness the train as it entered the station.
U.S. Marines are shown wearing white t-shirts with their camouflage uniforms, when in real life they were green shirts.
Simone al-Harazi gets on the train at Kennington Station, which accesses trains on the Northern Line only. Jack attempts to intercept her at Waterloo station (the next stop), but when the train enters the platform, it's destination display says Neasden, which is actually on the Jubilee Line, not the Northern. The scene was filmed at Charing Cross disused platforms but they messed up by not putting the correct destination on the front of the train.
The 24 hour clock should display afternoon times as 13:00 for 1pm and so on. However, they wrongly use 1:00 as 1pm. 1:00 is 1am in the morning. It's actually a glaring mistake that wasn't picked up on. It's also material to the series because at 1:00 it's right bang-smack in the middle of the day, yet it should be 1am in the morning, ergo, pitch black.
The previous episode is set in West Ealing. To be in Kennington at the beginning of this episode is a 10 mile journey. It would be impossible to get there through central London by car that quickly.
