Greta Parkes is killed on the day of her wedding, found floating in a swimming pool, hours after the ceremony took place. The Police think the husband had a hand in it, but find themselves needing the help of Jasper, who remains incarcerated.

I'm well and truly into this third series, and for me, this was yet another very strong, engrossing episode.

A good mix of drama, mystery and humour, this one kept you guessing. The twist at the end came as a moderate surprise, where does he go from here?

I can't remember the last time a series featured a religious, young, married couple, probably back in something like 1973.

Quite a lot happening, Jasper and the therapist, Dan's injury, and Lee Ross's corrupt prison guard, all will develop as this series progresses I'm sure.

Not having watched the Belgian version. My takeaway for the third series is that Professor T is going to be solving cases from behind bars.

It is so very Hannibal Lecter.

While making observations about what looks like dodgy prison officers. The police call in Professor T after a newly married bride Greta Parke is found drowned at the swimming pool at the hotel she got married in.

Greta Parkes new husband comes from a deeply religious background. Both were supposed to be virgins and saved themselves for their wedding night.

Apart from why would Greta go swimming on her wedding night. The police are not sure if it was murder or an accident. There are no marks on her body.

After being granted leave for four hours to investigate the crime. Professor T almost has the case wrapped. The infamous brides in the bath real life murder case was an important reference point.

It was not a story I could take seriously. My word Professor T managed to do a lot in 4 hours which includes travelling from and back to his jail. His prison must had been next to the crime scene.

When the reveal came. All I could think, Greta had something serious to discuss with somebody. Weighty issues on her mind and she went for a swim!
